Virtual Assistant is New to!

Have you ever wanted a quick answer to a question after hours?

State Fund has the tool for you!  Our virtual assistant is available on at your convenience to find answers to frequently asked questions and handle routine claim inquiries.

You can access the virtual assistant from any page on by clicking the icon at the bottom right-hand-side of the page. Enter your question or topic of interest and it will quickly deliver the appropriate answer or page with the most relevant content.

Our virtual assistant can support you to:

  • Look up claim number or adjuster contact information
  • Change the injured worker’s primary mailing address
  • Get benefit payment status
  • Upload case initiating documents to report a claim
  • Manage debit card enrollment and request re-send of enrollment packet
  • Get prescription and treatment authorization status


Our virtual assistant can also answer common questions and point you in the direction of the best resource, application, or contact information to get the support you need.
