Helpful New Email Address for Policy Billing Questions

In our efforts to provide a better experience for you and your clients, we’ve created an email address specifically for policy billing inquiries. The new address will help streamline the processing of billing related matters by routing them directly to our Billing Services Unit.

Brokers and policyholders can use the email for inquires such as:

  • Payments
  • Billing questions
  • Audit inquiries
  • Dividends
  • Reinstatement requests

To reach our Billing Services Unit directly, email Once your email is received, someone from our Billing Department will respond within 24-48 hours. The quickest response times will occur during business hours Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
