As part of our ongoing efforts to make it easier to do business with State Fund, we’ve made enhancements to State Fund Online that allow for two-way electronic communication for information about claims between our staff and you and your clients.
You can now communicate directly with State Fund Claims staff, include attachments, and access claims information immediately, without having to use email, voicemail, fax, USPS mail, or calling State Fund. You can also access SFO claims information on most phones and tablets. We’ve developed this guide to walk you through the new features.
Sensitive claims information within State Fund Online is safe and secure, and only authorized users can access data and messaging. If your clients are not currently registered for State Fund Online, we’ve provided these instructions on how to sign-up.
