You can access the claims portal through your State Fund Online account at StateFundCA.com, either on your desktop or mobile device, without needing to call the adjuster, claims liaison, or the Broker Hotline. It’s also easy to assign access to designated users within your brokerage.
If your client does not have access to State Fund Online, they can sign up on the StateFundCA.com home page. Point them towards the log in on button in upper right corner to register.
