Effectively fighting fraud is an important step to keep insurance costs down and protect California employers and employees. State Fund is committed to fighting workers’ compensation fraud.  In support of our policyholders, we have developed new Anti-Fraud Resources to assist in identifying and preventing fraud in the workplace. There are nine new posters and informational flyers to choose from.

Our Special Investigation Unit recently conducted an Employer Education webinar providing a comprehensive overview of Workers’ Compensation Fraud to help California employers identify and prevent fraud.  A recording of that webinar is available for viewing. Click here.
