In October 2018, our Specialty Underwriting team launched a new customized service model for individual accounts more than $500,000 in Standard Premium. Your large account clients will now receive a customized service plan with their new business and renewal quotes.
Each plan will outline the account stewardship responsibilities throughout the policy term, which includes;
- Initial service plan meeting
- Pre-Audit visit within 90 days after inception date
- Quarterly Loss Prevention visits
- Designated Claims Liaison
- Claims reviews
- In-person stewardship meetings
- Pre-Renewal meeting
Your clients will receive high touch services, including personalized Loss Prevention, Claims, Auditing and Underwriting visits to meet all of your clients’ needs.
