“Workers’ Compensation Insurance is so easy to understand”, said no one ever! Because workers’ compensation insurance can be complex, State Fund offers a variety of free, in-person seminars and employer education programs to support California employers. Your clients might appreciate an invitation from you to attend a class about:
- understanding workers’ compensation basics
- keeping claims costs down
- reducing workplace injuries
- staying in compliance with workers’ compensation laws
- making workplaces safe
Our Employer Education seminars are presented by experienced State Fund loss prevention, ergonomic, and industrial hygienists, as well as subject matter experts from Cal/OSHA, and the California Highway Patrol. Each program typically lasts two to three hours and includes light refreshments.
These free seminars provide information and ideas to help employers comply with regulations, maintain safe worksites, and protect employees.
